In addition to agricultural training, Makeni centre is involved in the settlement of families on land they can farm to support themselves, which we call Settlement Villages.
Since settlement villages are for families and aim to be self-sustaining, they must provide a number of services. So MEC is also involved in various village improvement projects, such as the ones below.
